How do you make organ without a body to build it in? Start with an internal framework to guide growth, followed by some plumbing, then an electrical signal with a mechanical pressure and lastly an oxygen supply. Simple in many ways, but yet still unbelievably complicated. This is an amazing breakthrough in medical science!
