Man Skiis Down Mount Everest
On May 6, 1970 alpinist Yuichiro Miura skied down 6600 feet (over 2 kilometers) of Mount Everest, the world's tallest mountain, in only two minutes and forty seconds!

Awesomely enough, Yuichiro Miura is also the oldest man to climb Mt Everest, reaching the peak at the age of 70 and then again at 75.
